I would give zero stars if I could. I had a platinum ring sized up and was charged $350 for platinum. After wearing the ring for 4 months, the ring broke while I was lifting my young child into a car. A platinum or gold ring should not break with normal wear and tear and only be 4 months old. I went back to the store to see if he would fix it, and he told me that this work was not guaranteed and he would have to charge me to fix it.
