There is an underlying feeling that she views me as an anxious patient simply because I bring up my symptoms. I feel judged when discussing my concerns. If I didn't stand firm on imaging she would have never ordered. I later went to the breast care center and was told with my family history that I should have had imaging done sooner. For me to go public with my name for a very personal subject you better bet this review is from the heart….. She had no clue what a medical term meant when I asked her a very personal female question. Something she supposedly specializes in. It was an embarrassing subject for a woman to even bring up in the first place and to have to explain what it meant was even more embarrassing. —FNP Simone Lee is professional, efficient and does a painless pap, along with being no-nonsense. She gets you in and out fast. Be proactive, have your questions ready, and she’ll answer them. —Office staff are professional and very helpful when I needed to get a mammogram added they explained the ordering process and were very efficient. Scheduling for an appointment has always gone smooth.
