I like Doctor Simone very much and had been a patient for almost ten years before I had a problem. His office staff has declined in quality over the past few years which have resulted in several inconveniences to me. They would always place a phony claim to my insurance for a service they had not given me, such as glasses, and then when I go to get glasses at Lenscrafters my insurance says I've already used my benefit.
