I like Doctor Simone very much and had been a patient for almost ten years before I had a problem. His office staff has declined in quality over the past few years which have resulted in several inconveniences to me. They would always place a phony claim to my insurance for a service they had not given me, such as glasses, and then when I go to get glasses at Lenscrafters my insurance says I've already used my benefit. Great staff and Doctors who really care. – I was so happy they answered all of my questions. I had gone to another practice that I had to wait over 2 hours before I was done. I was in and out in one hour and feel as if they really cared about me. I since have refered all my friends and family. My daughter even got Lasik done a few months ago and loves it! Her is vision is now better than perfect 20/20. The doctors are amazing. Go see them and you understand how great the staff and doctors are.
