Dr Betchen was great to work with. She explained the procedure completely and made it easy to understand. She not only explained the procedure that she could do but also lightly explained a more complex procedure and offered to refer me to another physician who would do it and explain it in detail. I have decided to do her procedure (FUS) but my insurance needs to approve additional testing which she told me her office would handle.
