Dr. Betchen is a gifted surgeon and a wonderful person. She takes time to talk to the patient and is clear and honest in her communication. I highly recommend her.
This was my second visit to see Dr. Betchen, however, due to personal reasons was unable to be at the clinic for this visit on March 4, 2025. I was promptly received at the receptionist's window even though slightly early and taken into the examination room very quickly. The nurse efficiently set up the appointment with the usual questions and recording in preparation for my visit with one of Dr. Betchen's assistants - Sheila Smith PA. the staff was spot on, schedule was kept on time and Dr. Betchen was very knowledgeable and informative about my visit. she explained my MRI is easy to understand language and pointed out details in order to help with the visit. highly recommended.
