Built with Simmonds. PC was November 23 still waiting on flooring to be fixed, painting to be completed, cabinetry to be sorted. Emails and phone calls happen daily/weekly and we get the same answer. They’re happy to talk to you before they get your money but after that you’re old news. Craftsmanship is something to be aware of. Not a builder I would recommend or go through again.
