UPDATE: Simonar requested a copy of the dealer repair I had done here in Florida. I sent it and thought they were going to do the right thing and refund the added expense I incurred here due to them completely srewing up my repair but still no check. Not only incompetent but liars as well. The worst service dept. anywhere. They may be able to winterize or do oil changes but they are cluless on anything more complicated. I just bought a 25 renegade adrenaline 900ace from Simonar Sports. The process was super easy and stress free. The price was very good and there were zero hidden fees. They took the time to answer all my questions before the purchase and at delivery. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a BRP product. It was well worth my drive from the Fox Valley. I will definitely be back for service and when it's time to upgrade again.
