UPDATE: Simonar requested a copy of the dealer repair I had done here in Florida. I sent it and thought they were going to do the right thing and refund the added expense I incurred here due to them completely srewing up my repair but still no check. Not only incompetent but liars as well. The worst service dept. anywhere. They may be able to winterize or do oil changes but they are cluless on anything more complicated.
