I run the dog rescue Pups without Borders. We are so grateful to have found Simon Surgical. We have had two dogs receive care here for leg fractures. My dog got in a car accident and he was run over by a car and his left hind leg’s bone was broken. They completed the surgery. The Doctors and Staff here did a great job and were helpful. I’m very thankful to the Staff and Doctors.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered some supplements and I needed to cancel the order. The guy at the phone was so rude. After loosing my dog and not in need of this anymore is the worst treatment you can receive from someone caring of animals. I don’t expect Amazon service, but I do expect basic kindness—especially from a company that claims to care deeply about animals. They did an excellent job. Their quote was well below the exact same surgery somewhere else. The recovery plan was much better and faster than the first quote. Dudley followed the plan is back to 100%. Excellent job!!!!
