I had a terrible experience with this clinic. The setup is highly unprofessional—they operate out of a rented room with no receptionist, forcing you to wait in the parking lot. Once they had my money, the service vanished. I was given weird, flat-rate pricing instead of an itemized bill, and the staff was so disorganized they actually told me to "remind them" to schedule my own appointments. Came from the vet whos been tresting ny dog with a broken leg, who then told me my dog has a broken heel or something wrong that she cant see. Came here the same day and didnt realize they dont take walk-ins; however Nathan took me in right away. I had brought xrays of my own, but ended up needing more xrays. Got those done and got the good news that my puppy was fine. Absolutely amazing surgeons and amazing follow-up. Our dog had a TPLO/MPL done here and I can't imagine getting it done anywhere else. This is actually our second surgery with them and they are the best and most fairly priced we've come across. Our precious pup Coco thanks you guys!
I LOVE this surgeon's office! We found them 3 years ago when my Chihuahua tore her CCL in her left leg, and my husband and I swore we'd never go to another surgeon after. They fixed her CCL and her luxating patella, and soon enough, she was back to jumping around, running at full speed playing fetch within a few months.
