Our company had a truck towed to Simon after an accident, he asked that the full insurance check be written directly to his shop instead of to our company or the truck’s finance holder, which raised immediate red flags. Came by before they were even open to refill coolant as I got a warning during my road trip. Called and picked up first time, said to come and refilled it within a few minutes at no charge. Super kind person.
