Simon seemed quite professional at first and he wanted to come and quote the work I wanted to do. He promptly came the next day when I was out and I didn't immediately hear back. After 4 days I followed up and received no response. Another 3 days later I followed up again, and again no response. Bizarre. Very unreliable it seems, poor communication, not someone I'd want working for me.
