****I’d give 0 stars if I could**** Went here as a returning patient to let the dentist know I had been told by the specialist dentist they had referred me to that I do not have to have any teeth taken out if I do not wish to and can have work done instead to save them. I was then seen by the dentist, Mr Mohammed, and my experience was horrible. He seemed to already have an issue with the fact I didn’t want teeth removing. This is the best dentist around. Sophie is incredible, she cares a lot about her patients and is knowledgable, patient, friendly and informative. I have had some awful experiences over the years (not here) but the staff at this practice are amazing. That includes Elaine and the other staff on reception too. I was recently seen by Dan Watson who comes in once a month for the more complex route canal treatments. Good dentist surgery overall, they genuinely try to fit you in as quickly as possible, the reception team are friendly and mums usual Dentist Asim is a brilliant world class dentist. However the other dentists are below average and my mums 83 years old and paid over 60 pounds for the hygienist and after telling me it was a 20 minute appointment I timed it on my mobile as I was in reception she was in their for 4 minutes with a female dentist. Complete waste of money.
I attended recently with Hardeep and Halle for a deep clean .They were so kind,caring and friendly with lovely smiles for this nervous patient!🙂
The name has changed to Beaumont Dental Practice. Great staff and treatment 😊
