Reply to business reply: I want to clarify what actually happened, since your response months later rewrites the situation. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was not scheduled and that the stylist wasn’t even coming until 12:00. The receptionist felt bad and said she would call the stylist to see if she could try to come in earlier to squeeze me in before her 12:00 appointment.
