I am disappointed with my experience. It has been over two months since my settlement was reached, and I still have not received payment. I have been told that the delay is due to waiting for a response from Medicaid, but there has been little clarity about when the matter will be resolved. While I understand that settlement funds cannot always be distributed immediately, I expected more consistent communication and transparency regarding the status of my case. Waiting more than 2 months has been frustrating and unexpected.
