To sum up my experience I would have to say that Simon is a very crooked man. I was lied to on the ETA of my car being finished many times, by Simon himself. His staff would tell me one thing and the Simon would say another, but Simon was always wrong in the end. The 1 month ETA turned into 3 1/2 months. When I finally received my car back the engine and interior where covered in dust from the sanding of the body, I guess they forgot to clean it.
