I had a very disappointing experience with Simon’s Jewellery. I brought my watch in to have the crystal replaced with sapphire crystal and was told it would take approximately 2–3 weeks. After nearly two months with no resolution, I finally told them to forget the sapphire crystal and just replace it with a regular mineral crystal. Given the lengthy delay and inconvenience, I asked that they do the replacement at no charge, which they agreed to.
