We used Simon Roofing on several metal roofing jobs in which the existing roofs were in need of replacement. George M. visited our business sight and made several recommendations for replacement. His team showed up on time every day and did outstanding work. They were safe, professional and within budget. One of our vent stacks leaked after a hard rain and Simon roofing repaired the roof even though it wasn't due to improper installation. We will definitely use them in the future.
We've had a persistent roof leak in our commercial building for the past 2-3 years that had been "fixed" by a reputable roofing company a handful of times. Each time we were billed for the "repair" with no guarantee of permanence. So we took a chance with Simon based on their professionalism and responsiveness...they are just great people to work with. And they guarantee their work! So far, even with all the rain we have had here in Columbus, no leaks. Can't say enough.....
Simon has been our roof repair and replacement contractor at Worthington Industries for many years. Their work has been top notch. Easy to work with. I recommend them for industrial flat roof design of rubber or 4 ply build up.
