Simon and apprentice removed an old washing that was leaking and fitted new trap and new machine, all basically within a day of me calling them, excellent job and super efficient! Thanks.
My Mum who is 82 years old had an emergency as her very old boiler no longer worked and with the cold weather approaching it was an emergency. Simon was called and inspected it as promised, arrived on time and explained what was required. A new boiler was fitted within days, price was good and service excellent. Would highly recommend Simon and his team.
Simon came to the rescue when my 83 year old mother's boiler failed. He was able to instal a new boiler within 2 days. We are very pleased with the workmanship and Simon had the patience to explain to my elderly mother, with hearing difficulties, (many times!), how to operate the heating. Thank you Simon

Simon called us the day before he was due to visit, offering times he planned to arrive. In my experience, not many trade people do this, instead keeping you waiting, all day sometimes. Simon arrived on time. He is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This is the 2nd time he visited my home to do a boiler service via OVO. This time, he had an apprentice with him.
