I’ve been a patient here for many years. Prior to Dr. Simon “partnering” with COPC, this was a great doctor’s office. Any issues were addressed immediately, I got to see my actual doctor when I made appointments, and prescriptions were always called in correctly. Since Dr. Simon “partnered” with COPC, the level of care has plummeted. I haven’t been able to see Dr. Simon in years. I’ve only seen his nurse practitioner, Grace Alford. Dr Simon takes the time to listen to how things are going and gives detailed answers for his treatment plans. Can tell he really cares about his patient’s overall well being.
If there is a college of bedside manner, Dr. Simon is the Dean! Dr. Simon and staff are always AWESOME!
The staff are nice and caring. I have felt comfortable and confident with Dr. Simon for years and I always think he has my best interest in mind.
Relaxing environment, nice nurses that listen and feel confident that they are suggesting the right care
