I will never be going to a bank for a loan again. Instead, I will simply call Simon and know that I will get a better rate with zero hassles. For one property Simon got me a better rate by 0.5%, and took care of all the paperwork for me, while charging me nothing. The bit that really shines though: on another occasion after doing all the research, he told me that I already had a great deal and should stay where I am. He didn't charge a cent! A pleasure to work with, and saved me a ton of money!
