A special mention to David Watson, this man saved Us this afternoon, in a number of ways, everything that could go wrong for us, did.! If it wasnt for this man who was already meant to have knocked off for the day, so he didn't get paid for what he did. Not only did he load us up with the hoists , which saved us from getting a motel room for the night we didnt have the required bolts that we needed to strap these hoists to our truck, but he came through for us, we were able to safely strap everything to our truck, leave Sydn... read more
Great customer service, I turned up at lunch time and interrupted the guys hot meal but they sorted me out and got me on my way without complaint. They set the benchmark on what happy and helpful staff do for a company's image.
