Friendly but do nothing. I spent a year having my index finger frozen repeatedly followed by some acidic beatle juice to resolve nothing. I was suppose to have been referred to another doctor, plastic surgeon? and after over another year of waiting, getting no calls, I reached back only to be told the file must be in the filing room and I would get a call back later that day.
