Eric(?), the technician needs to be retrained in proper bedside manners. He speaks to the patients arrogantly and doesn’t give you proper instructions. No forewarning on what he’s going to do. He just manhandles you and goes about his business.
The amount I was quoted as my part of payment was over $ 200 more than what my insurance said I owed when I received the paperwork from insurance company. When I called Simon Med, they couldn't find where it was paid even after two weeks, and was sending it to be reviewed. Another 3 weeks pass, and I call again. Told still couldn't find anything and it would be sent in for review. Asked for supervisor, was told they would call before day is over. No call.
