We scheduled an exam and offered to pay extra for an extra result. We took the exam and never received the results. No one instructed us on how to get the results. They indicated that my wife had another exam, even without presenting us with the results of the first one. We were charged $365 in advance. We paid. At the time of the exam, we did a screening, and the daycare explained that a mammogram would not be necessary. No one said the money owed would be refunded. The old lady was SO rude. Don’t like this place.
I was taken back in a timely manner and my MRI went as smoothly as an MRI can go. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating, the tech that did my IV was wonderful and the radiologist that unhooked everything so I could leave was very nice.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your time at this place. They do not know how to do their job. So many frustrated people in the lobby. They are unorganized and unprofessional.
