The front desk person was friendly and professional. My technician for the procedure explained everything thoroughly and made sure to ask if I had any questions. I honestly didn’t feel the IV needle go in, he was that good. The procedure was long, but the technician checked in with me and made sure I understood what was coming next. The five stars are for the employees of this place. The building itself could use some updating and maintenance.
