It was a nice day. My appointment went well. All employees did a good job. Thank you for your service.
I had a early appointment which helped get me in and out. The staff was great, welcoming and gracious.
I was told my insurance did not cover a test that was ordered. I had just spent 20 min on the phone with my insurance and knew it was a preventative test that was covered. Once I spoke with the tec that ran the test and found out there was no difference in the test it was just an older code. Not paying it did not change the procedure. How many people leave without the test or pay this unnecessary charge?
