Not sure that SML maintenance crew are committed to providing a great service as I have watched them do nothing but fumble around whilst billing excessively. I sat patiently behind my curtains in the front bedroom watching them doing next to zerowork in the garden and just playing around. I’m sure their numbers stack up to the owners of SML however they do less than the minimum for SML clients. Fantastic experience and a job that surpassed our expectations. Simon and his team, in particular Chris, were a pleasure to work with on our complicated and long project. Our job covered a span of nearly 2 years start to finish, and we felt supported and in good hands the whole time. Aside from a beautiful end-result, the level of service provided was top notch. I absolutely recommend Simon and his team.
Simon and his team not only delivered to me an amazing garden but they did it in an entirely professional manner. Everyone I dealt with were fantastic to deal with and the end product is wonderful. And there follow up care has also been first class.
