I had used Simon since 2017 and had impeccable service. That all changed earlier this year. In April 2024 he gave me an estimate to trim 3 trees. When he finally came to do the job in early June, the price changed and was higher than what he had told me. Cost of equipment, life, etc. The first day, he asked me to pay him a cash deposit, I obliged. The 2nd day he asked me to pay him whatever I can, times are tough, blah, blah, blah.
