They collected a consultation fee but did not show up for the scheduled appointment. After rescheduling, they still failed to follow through on the agreed plans and stopped responding to texts, emails, and calls. Their phone service also makes it difficult to reach anyone who can actually help, which only adds to the frustration. Overall, this was an unprofessional and unreliable experience. 0/5 stars.
