Following an eye issue that required prompt attention I had a same day appointment with Simon. A consultation in the afternoon resulted in a referral from Simon for an emergency appointment at Colchester eye department who called me later that afternoon and I was seen by them by 18:00 with all my details. Very efficient and professional service from Simon and his team.
