Extremely misleading financial practices. First, they tried to charge me $800 for a deep cleaning ($200 per quadrant), but my insurance verified that a deep cleaning costs nowhere near that and is covered at 80%. After declining that and requesting strictly a basic cleaning—which is 100% covered by my insurance—I was still billed $195 out of pocket. I came out looking like a new man today. I had to get a tooth fixed and Dr Kaswan did it in like 10 minutes. Always a pleasure going to see him and his staff. Couldn’t recommend more!
Went to see Dr. Kaswan because I had a chipped tooth. He refused to repair my tooth unless I agreed to an $8000 treatment plan to repair 8 teeth. I was in shock and disbelief. He said this was the only way to repair my teeth "the right way". Mind you he never even looked in my mouth, he was going completely off of the x-rays and scan they did. So I went to a real dentist today and got a second opinion. They fixed my tooth for 300 bucks and after their assessment said I had some very minor cavities that needed fixing in the n... read more
