Dr. Simon is on point...unless you NEED a prescription or referral. They will both be promised to you, but soon forgotten. Daily calls to the office will eventually work for prescriptions (in a week or so, but will be sent to random locations.) The staff's hands are tied, but attempt to do everything in their power to help.
