I would like to thank Dr. Simon Warner and his team for the exhausting examination they did last January 31st on my sister’s eyes, she is a beautiful 59 year old woman with a cognitive disability that doesn’t allow her to communicate verbally in an accurate manner her language is non logical non chronological and the only way for an opthalmologist to determine the condition of a patient is by doing a series of test and obtaining the data from the interaction with the patient. Great Doctor very experienced and gives attention to little detail. He's wonderful at what he does.
I think he is well qualified as a doctor. He is also funny. But some of the staff were impolite and condescending. Dr. Warner didn't ask me for my consent when a student doctor examined my eye. The student didn't wash his hands or wear gloves before the examination. His hands were sticky. There was so much talking going on between them, excluding me, that I couldn't protest. For these reasons, I didn't get surgery in his practice.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Warner today. He is an excellent doctor. The staff at his clinic were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. I highly recommend Dr. Warner and his team. MOHSEN AFSHORD
