ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience!!! They changed my colonoscopy time 3 times the day before I was supposed to go in, which affects my Prep timing, and would call and leave messages to call them back and then when I called them back they would say that "THEY DIDN'T CALL ME???" And then after I took my first Prep Dose they "CANCELLED" the Procedure!!! THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!!! The WORST Experience EVER!!! The Staff was COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT and the Doctor Completely stressed me out!!! HORRIBLE on all POINTS!!!
I felt that Dr Hong cared for my personal concerns regarding the treatment and made accommodations to address my concerns. Additionally his team from secretary to the other medical staff provided great service. I highly recommend him.
