Please do yourself a favor (trust me) and find a different agent. He might be good if there are no issues but his true colors come out when there is an issue. He will not respond to phone calls and e-mails. Prefers to talk on the phone and not point blank refuses to put anything in writing (for example in an e-mail).
Recently bought insurance through Simon and couldn't have been happier about the service I received. Highly recommended!
Could care less to help someone because it didn’t benefit him. “You’re gonna have to find another agent” that’s definitely not how you do business.
He is the most unprofessional agent I have ever come in contact with in all of my years. He does not care about you and only does things that benefit him. He was extremely unhelpful when you actually needed him to file a claim. Please cancel him as your agent. You will be better off.
