Factory recall part replacement - had a pre-booked 9am appointment, but they made my mother wait till 11am before she seen and car part was serviced - but when I complained they hurried up the fitting the replacement part and gave her a complimentary valet as a goodwill gesture!

Thank you to the staff at Simon Hartwell.Excellent service as my car was among many to be recalled to have new airbags fitted.Made my life a lot easier as they collected and returned my car for me.Always helpful and polite and did exactly what they said they would do.

Be wary of how your personal data is used by this business. Despite various repeat requests over the course of over a year for them to stop sending post to my old address they continued to do so. This is also despite me contacting them to request them to stop via the email address detailed on their letters. I even reported to the ICO and they still sent me yet another letter in the post to my old address. They have now supposedly removed me from the database after me having to phone them.
