One of the torsion springs broke on my double garage door and my car was trapped in the garage. Called Simon Garage Door and they had someone over within 15 minutes. I replaced both springs with HD springs (they should be replaced in pairs) and the technician was finished in about 1 hour. He checked the door and operator operation and oiled all of the rollers. Great service at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend Simon Garage Door next time I have any garage door issues.
Spring broke. Jacob came and fixed it. He was professional and knew what he was doing. I found them from their sticker that was on my garage door from 13+ years ago so they have been around for a long time. I didn't shop around so probably paid a little more than I could've but service was good and quick.
Had them out five years ago and they did a great job. Had them out today because my garage door was squeaky. John came out and did a great job, replace rollers, lubed and replaced the spring. Appreciate so much the timely response and the job well done!
Excellent service by Jacob came around 9 o'clock at night. Was able to replace my springs and make the garage door working like a brand new absolutely code again, thank you very much Charlie recommended.
