This review is purely regarding my experience with their front desk this week. I called on Monday to change my pharmacy and was told it'll be taken care of. I didn't receive a notification from my pharmacy indicating any changes so I called again on Wednesday. Premier OBGYN told me their system was down and that someone will call me back once it's back up again to confirm the changes.
