I have worn glasses for 72 years and this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had in getting glasses. Some people were very nice but when asked about the extra measurements the Shamir Autograph Intelligence progressive website said were needed to get best results, I got Huma Huma BS. l made the mistake of going forward. Troy, and the store itself are TOP notch. Fast. Very high end technology. Easy. Extremely pleasant. Highly suggest asking for Troy if you’re going there for an exam.
I've been wearing glasses for more than 50 years. I have never had a problem getting new glasses until Simon Eye. They tell you 10 to 14 days. When I called for an update last week after 14 days. They told me they would be ready by today. More than 14 days. Today they told me another week. They said their was a scratch on one of the lenses. I get that problems happen. But not to communicate it is unacceptable. They lost the sale. Totally no customer consideration or communication.
I’ve been going to Simon Eye for 15 years. I went in new castle county, in Middletown, in Smyrna and now where I live near Rehoboth beach. I also got lasic with Simon Eye. Dr. Joseph M. Senall and the Rehoboth office is a place I highly recommend. It’s like a small business feel with the care of experienced and caring staff. I never have to wait.
