Staff is awesome. Thank you to Dr. Yatskevich for your care and to Ally for helping pick out new glasses very quickly. She knew just what I would like !!!
Be aware that this is a chain and they will constantly try to get you to buy services or tests that are not covered by your insurance. If you tell them you don't want the tests you get a disapproving look along with "We cannot give you a complete picture of your eye health without this test." The eye doctors themselves are fine but I hate the constant pushing of tests and services no other eye doctors have demanded.
Great Experience. Simon Eye Dover is always excellent with their service, communication and office staff.
The doctors are very helpful. Dr. Hoffman was very nice and informative. Also Natalie was very helpful in picking a pair of glasses she helped me and my mother browse a pair of glasses and also picked some for us to try that was very helpful.
