Called and scheduled an appointment for the following day, between the hours of 0900-1200. Was told a technician would call me 30 minutes before arrival to verify everything. At 11:45, I called and asked about if and when the technician would be coming by, only to be told that there was an emergency and my appointment was changed to Monday.
