Unfortunately, I would not recommend their service department due to them throwing parts at a slow oil leak issue I reported. Instead of putting fluorescent die in initially, they just guessed at replacing the oil filter housing and also put in a new gasket on the oil pan. The slow leak was not resolved. This took 3 visits (2 comebacks) after adding fluorescent die to the oil and they stated the oil leak was coming from a wrong size oil plug and wanted to charge for oil plug and additional oil. Over paid lease by $100 or more a month for a Kia K4, currently paying $416 for 36 months for a base model. This was with a $1000 down and an only $250 trade in for my 2010 Jeep Liberty. They didn't take time to review my DD214 to get the $500 Veteran discount. Next time I will use Chat GPT or Google Al to look up a proper lease amount. They got me at the right time when I was also getting taken advantage of by the Nissan dealer owned by the same company. Nothing worse than knowing I got ripped off. I purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage. Four days ago while slowing down for oncoming traffic to make a left turn, the vehicle suddenly and without warning accelerated without my foot on the gas pedal. Also prior to that incident but several times that same day (and previous occurrences), there were high RPMs without shifting into the next gear. I made an appointment with Legacy Kia for today. Called for a check engine light, granted bought the 2021 Kia Seltos used but did not expect engine light come on 2 mnths after purchase. Called for an appointment was tolld I could not bring car in for service till March 8. A MEMBER OF OUR OFFICE STAFF DID AN UNSUCCESSFUL ONLINE SEARCH FOR A VAN. WE SUBSEQUENTLY SUFFERED FROM DAILY ADVERTS AND UNSOLICITED POP UPS THAT INTERFERE WITH ONSCREEN ACTIVITIES. WE HAVE REQUESTED TO BE TAKEN OFF THE COMPANY SOLICITATION LIST. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT UNSUBSCRIBE AND EVERY ATTEMPT TO BLOCK THEM IS FUTILE. I took my vehicle to Merced Kia, owned by Fahrney Automotive Group, for routine scheduled maintenance. Ten days later, my car unexpectedly failed and had to be towed. Another dealership identified that the oil cap had not been properly secured during service, which caused catastrophic engine damage and resulted in my car being declared a total loss. I brought my car in because there was a 'squeak' noise coming from the rear of my car. They charged me a diagnostic fee and said there was build up in my brakes which was causing the noise, so they cleaned them but ALSO found a leak in one of the axels at the same appt (covered by warranty). The very next day the squeak noise was present in which I notified them right away. They told me to wait to for the axel to get fixed to see if that was the issue.
