Went here for orthotics and was not listened to, was talked out of what I knew I really needed. They remade my orthotics multiple times, each time just as bad, and each time talking me out of what I knew I needed. I requested a refund many times, each time they refused me. Eventually went to another podiatrist, who without me even asking knew exactly what I needed and made orthotics that perfectly solve my problems at a fraction of the cost. Outstanding service and knowledge! Highly recommend. We’ve been coming for years and it’s so worth the trip across town to visit Simon. He visited our kindy and noticed our daughter’s feet needed better support. As a dancer now 8 years later we’re so grateful. We’ve now brought both daughters and have been so pleased with the careful, honest, and affordable care. He clearly loves his job, is highly competent and serves the community well. Exceptional podiatrist.
Simon is an excellent Podiatrist. He has been flexible and really listened closely to my feedback to create custom orthotics that were ideal for my complex ankle problems. I won’t go anywhere else.
