I had an issue with a leaking bypass valve in the airing cupboard, I called up and Carol sent a smashing engineer out called Luke. He assessed the problem and I also requested a motorised valve be changed as it was really noisy. Luke agreed to do it without fuss and duly went off to get parts and returned promptly. Carried out the repairs, cleaned up perfect. He tested the system and left all working. Very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a faulty boiler , a well respected plumber in Shrewsbury recommended these guys … Carol was first point of contact and we received a visit from Luke at a convenient time to ourselves … a day or so after we left Luke alone in the house , came back problem solved … from start to finish a excellent service and would recommend workout hesitation !

First class service, prompt and friendly. Our daughter's boiler kept tripping out, Luke came out to it and quickly identified the problem as the HT lead. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this local family business.

This driver was just about to make a crash into Telford with the Arriva bus. He just cut the roundabout near town center.
