I own a small business and Simon Companies is the property management company that our landlord uses. Overall I think they are a good company to work with. They are attentive for sure. Especially Mike Johnston who is the building maintenance person. He follows through on every concern we have. Jane who works in the office is also awesome.

I hope all the upper management see this. You made a big mistake with your latest firing of an employee. Criss from riverside is a lying pos. and has no clue on how to keep files and has no idea on how to treat her residents . She has had people covering for all her screwups and the one person who was able to see this and straighten them out you fired . Hope you have someone looking at her files every month and go thru all of them

I spoke with Jane the lady in the front office and she was extremely rude. I had important tax documents sent to their suite by accident, and I ask if she could check to see if it was there because they stated it was. She then proceed to tell me that she does not want to go check right now and she will get Mark to do it, I ask if I could leave my number for them to call me back if they have received and then she responded back, "why would I do that, you can call me back its your package".
