very bad communication skills, arrogant, take advantage of clients, rude. had the worse experience to buy/ rent/ sale from him and his team. will never go near .
Chatting with some colleagues over lunch today and Simon’s name came up. I had professional dealings with Simon over four years ago and the stench still reins strong in my mind all these years later.
