Extremely unprofessional. We are professional memory buyers and placed 14 orders over the last 6 months, only to discover that 12 out of 14 orders were cancelled without reason. This is a joke of a company. Avoid at all costs!
Simmtec dba MemoryMasters on eBay canceled my order stating they were out of stock after doubling the price 2 hours after my order was placed and waiting 4 days for additional sales at the new price. They have several listings for the same item going back a few months, most of which were last updated before my order was placed. None of these listings have been marked as out of stock. Great Company and employees are super nice and cooperative.
My production plant went down due to a servo controller that is now obsolete. I was able to get everything I needed to repair it and Chris did an awesome job of setting me up with the right parts. This will be my go to place for obsolete parts from now on.
