No longer the company that its reputation was built on! I have been a long time customer (25 + years) have have purchased thousands of dollars worth of their waders (G4, G3), wading shoes, shirts, jackets, vests, gloves, etc etc. never had issues with placing an order on line until this one. I purchased a Rogue Hoody in XL and this jacket came in so oversized that I think it would have been more appropriately a size XXL. In either case not a big deal I'll just send it back. I had a setnif g4z cine and they failed 2 weeks in. Quality is unbelievably poor vs how it used to be. I cant even believe how bad made in usa product can be. All i used was g4 in past but the last 7-10 years has been complete junk.

I tore a pair of tributary waders after doing a bit of bushwhacking while out fishing. Customer service was polite and understanding about the issue and fixed/shipped them in a week!

Product quality has gone way down over the last 3-5 years or more, and now their warranty is not any good either. If you attempt to go to their office in person or talk to a real person about any issues over the phone, they will just refer you to a robot and their website. Not a good product or a good experience any longer. Spend your money somewhere else.

Very disappointed!!! Ordered boots for my husband for trip to Alaska; supposed to be delivered in 6 days; our trip was11 days away; called on day 8,9 and 10– guaranteed delivery each day by close of business. Of course they were delivered day 11 after we had left for the trip— I had to pay to return them. Poor customer service- they offered a discount on future purchase— won’t be needing this, as I will not be shopping here again.
