Always got what I expected. My original Simms still are good. Seems like a half the reviews are from crybabies that came to bash a company for political views. Simms should sell tissues for them.

I'm heartbroken reading these reviews - I've used only Simms products for many years from Alaska to New York - I loved this brand and have very loyal - so disappointed reading these reviews!!

Customer service from SIMMS is trash nowadays. Product quality is also in the toilet compared to the past. It’s disappointing given how stellar Simms products USED to be. I don’t know what’s changed, but I’m done giving SIMMs my business. Orvis and Patagonia products and service have remained reliable and I recommend them over SIMMs to anyone these days.

I ordered an online gift for my wife, consisting of two hoodies that were in stock. One hoodie that I wanted to buy at a regular price was the main gift and the other one was an additional one at a discount (I didn't like the color). I paid for express delivery, and imagine my surprise when only the thing that was on sale was delivered in the box.
