Thieves. I ordered a window sticker and they sent it to the wrong address. They said sorry it the fault of FedEx. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.
It’s hard to say this but Simms is now a Walmart brand. No quality or customer service remain. Look to other brands like Orvis and Patagonia they still support their customers
Very disappointed with Simms. I have a pair of their G4Z "Guide Waders" that I paid almost $1000 for, expecting a good quality product and a fair warranty. I'm not a guide, I'm a casual fly-fisherman that is out on the water 20+ times a year. These waders started leaking after just a few times on the water. Three weeks after my order and this is my result. I understand stock issues but this is pretty weak. You can almost feel the customer service in this email. Wish this company well.
