Fast, reasonable, and kind. You'll be happy you came as long as you are reasonable in your expectations. Don't become angry that you have to "wait your turn." They WILL get to you asap, and they DO a good job. I had my starter replaced and they fit me in as quick as they could...sooner than I expected.
Simms is the absolute best! Best service! Honest, reliable, friendly, reasonable cost! And like others have said, they will work you in if they possibly can if you have an unexpected problem that needs immediate attention. George and Brian are the best! Highly recommend!
