Had oil change appointment. Took about an hour and one half. I get the same service at McDonalds in Millington about 10 dollars cheaper, and appointments have never taken more than 45 minutes. Also, Technician forgot to put new oil change sticker on my windshield.
Simms Chevrolet has been wonderful to deal with both in the sales & service departments.
The bad news was a needed transmission. The good news is that while expensive, the cost did not change. And Chad had it done a day earlier than the soonest estimate. And Chad kept me updated, with no problem getting a hold of him.
