Simms Chevrolet has been wonderful to deal with both in the sales & service departments.
The bad news was a needed transmission. The good news is that while expensive, the cost did not change. And Chad had it done a day earlier than the soonest estimate. And Chad kept me updated, with no problem getting a hold of him.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great overview on my vehicle. All fluids and equipment reviewed for my upcoming trip at a reasonable price.
