I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received in the service department at Simms. I had my vehicle serviced earlier this year to replace the windshield wiper motor for a recall. I don’t drive the vehicle very much as I work from home but the wipers stopped working recently. I drove the vehicle 11 miles since the recall service at Simms. This was written from the experience my mother, Betty had with Simms Chevrolet: I had a very disappointing experience with Simms Chevrolet. I initially brought my vehicle in for inspection and was told by Mike that I’d receive a call later that day with the details of what needed to be repaired. That call never came.
