Service wasn't real long in and out
I'm PLEASED with Simms Chevrolet for their constant pursuit of a solution to the absolute failure of General Motors engineering group. When the Equinox was redesigned for 2025, a dealer-installed towing package was one of the options yet GM Engineering FAILED to engineer a rear bumper that provided access to the hitch (First picture shows there is no opening to access the hitch and wiring connectors). I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received in the service department at Simms. I had my vehicle serviced earlier this year to replace the windshield wiper motor for a recall. I don’t drive the vehicle very much as I work from home but the wipers stopped working recently. I drove the vehicle 11 miles since the recall service at Simms. I called and asked if I could bring it in for them to look at as I did not have any issues before it was serviced. I was told it would be $150 for them to even look at sinc... read more
