A huge thank you to everyone at Simmos! We got stuck with our Mitsubishi Express and it felt like nobody in Byron Bay could take a look at it or help us out. They came to pick us up with a tow truck and managed to fix the issue. Throughout it all, they were incredibly kind and helpful, despite all our anxiety and worries. Outstanding service from Andrew and the team at Simmos Centennial Motors. They fit me in without a booking, diagnosed my car, and even contacted my regular mechanic to explain their findings. Although it wasn’t something they could repair, they went above and beyond and didn’t charge me for their time. Excellent, professional service—highly recommend!
I can't recommend Simmos highly enough. My car was diagnosed as not driveable on a Friday afternoon, and they took it in straight away without hesitation. They had the issue repaired within an hour and a half, which was an incredible turnaround. The team was so kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process.
