I can't recommend Simmos highly enough. My car was diagnosed as not driveable on a Friday afternoon, and they took it in straight away without hesitation. They had the issue repaired within an hour and a half, which was an incredible turnaround. The team was so kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Thank you for the outstanding service. I truly appreciate everything you did!

Terrible experience. Not only did they charge us $180 without identifying the issue with our car, but they actually made the problem worse. On top of that, the staff's attitude was incredibly rude. They treated us like children and laughed in our faces when we were clearly concerned about the situation. If you value your vehicle and appreciate decent customer service, do not come here at all.
