⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Honest Team I had an amazing experience at Simmo’s Automotive Tyre Centre. The staff were super kind, professional, and honest from the very beginning. They didn’t charge me anything to fit my spare tyre and explained everything clearly without pressure. They even offered to order new tyres (MT56) for $195 each, including fitting, balancing, and disposal — a much better deal and quality compared to other places in Byron. They laughed when telling us we had failed the Pink Slip and refused to let us take our car to another workshop just down the street, threatening to call the police if we moved it. Eventually, they allowed us to take it after we said we wouldn’t have them fix it. We went to Subie Bay, just a minute away, and they fixed everything the same day for less than half the price. Completely unprofessional and feels like a scam.
My car started smoking just before I was going on holiday. I contact simmos and a guy called Wez came out to have a look. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He drove out to see me and sorted my car out before I went away. The car now runs smooth as ever! Thanks Wes and the team!
