I was looking for my review from December 2024 which looks like it has been removed. It’s unfortunate the level of customer service at this business which is declining. I have been a customer ten plus years and counting. My dog Mozart & previous dog Kodi has used all services this business has to offer. The managers here are disrespectful the daycare manager Zack is rude and hung up the phone on me two years ago doesn’t take accountability and avoids me when I come in. I recently had to say goodbye to my 15 yr old cat McGee due to kidney disease. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I want to thank the VCA, Dr. Diaz and her team for helping make a heartbreaking moment more peaceful and gentle than I could have imagined. Estoy muy agradecida con el equipo de este centro. Desde que llegamos nos atendieron con mucho cariño y profesionalismo, especialmente Edgar. Se nota que realmente aman a los animales y eso me dio mucha tranquilidad. Mi mascota fue tratada con mucho cuidado, y además me explicaron todo con paciencia y claridad. El lugar es limpio, organizado y se siente un ambiente de respeto y amor por los animales. ¡Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%!
