My review should be 5 stars, not 1 star. I am not sure why the star rating showed up wrong, and it seems like the rating system may have had an issue. There is definitely no issue with Simmons & Sons Roofing Llc. They put on our roof when the home was built, and our house gets a lot of strong wind exposure. Over time, a few shingles have come loose during heavy wind and storms, which can happen with roofs in this kind of setting. We had a great experience with this roofing team. Wayne was excellent to work with and took time to answer all of my questions. I was very specific about the shingle and gutter colors I wanted, and he was patient and helpful through the whole process. He also explained the invoice clearly and helped us understand how everything worked with our insurance claim. The roof replacement was finished in just one day, which really impressed us.
